Weekend Fashion Fairs

2 Mar

Spring, spring is here! Oh, I am so happy to see a sunbeam, it gives me so much energy that I am about to jog (I do not jog, I rarely go to the gym). Plus, I am about to change the clothes I have been wearing for the last couple of months. I do not like boots, nor I like coats. I would go for flats and blazers at any time of the year.

Of course, this is also a good opportunity to add something to our wardrobes and some people have aready thought we are thinking about it and they are organizing many fashion and vintage fairs this month. I have been to  one last  weekend and there are many more this weekend. Young designers clothes and jewelries, vintage clothes and accessories, decorations, martisoare…you can have them all if you are in Bucharest.

Oscars 2013 favourites

26 Feb

The Oscars made the front page to all publications these days. Who cares about Italian elections or demonstrations in Bulgaria when Michelle Obama showed up live to the gala and Jennifer Lawrence fell on the stage?

More to it, there are tens of gowns to admire and other tens ot other to put on your “never ever” list. To randomly name a few, my favourites were the First Lady and her Naeem Khan silver dress (you should know that she was given sleeves by the Iranian television ), Amy Adams in Oscar de la Renta, Stacey Keibler in (yes, again!) Naeem Khan dress and of course the lady of the Oscars, Jennifer Lawrence and her Dior Haute Couture dress.

Did I miss anyone really important? Which one did you like best?

Not to forget about the movies! I did not watch all of them what I have watched Argo and liked it, withiut considering it a spectacular movie. Lincoln is next on my list!
